What does an hour cost?
Venues set their own rates. Here is what players typically pay for indoor courts across the US today, so you know what to expect before you book.
| Sport | Court type | Typical US rate |
|---|---|---|
| Pickleball | One indoor court, up to 4 players | $10 – $45 / hr |
| Basketball | Full court | $40 – $100 / hr |
| Basketball | Half court | $25 – $60 / hr |
| Futsal / indoor soccer | Full field | $75 – $150 / hr |
| Volleyball | Indoor court | $40 – $90 / hr |
| Badminton | One court | $15 – $30 / hr |
| Indoor tennis | One court | $25 – $60 / hr |
| Batting cage | One cage | $30 – $60 / hr |
Ranges reflect published rates at municipal centers, YMCAs and private clubs. Evenings and weekends sit at the top of the range; weekday mornings at the bottom. Split four ways, a $45 pickleball court is about $11 per person.

Sample testimonials for preview · replace with verified reviews before launch"Our Thursday basketball run used to die in the group chat every other week. Now I book the court, send one link, and eight guys are paid up by lunch."
"We went from a paper calendar and voicemails to 80% occupancy on weeknights. The no-show rate dropped the week we turned on prepayment."

Quick answers
Is Teamzic free to use?
Yes for players. You only pay the court rate the venue sets, plus a small booking fee that is shown clearly before you confirm. Venues choose a monthly plan.
Which sports can I book?
Basketball, pickleball, futsal and indoor soccer, volleyball, badminton, indoor tennis, table tennis and batting cages. Venues can add any indoor activity that is booked by time.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Each venue sets its own cancellation window (usually 12 to 24 hours). Cancel inside the window and your payment is refunded to the original method automatically.
How does splitting the cost work?
The organizer books and invites the team. Each person pays their share in the app. If someone drops out, the organizer can re-split or cover the difference.
I own a facility. How do I get listed?
Download the Teamzic Venue app or contact us. Setup takes about 20 minutes: add your courts, hours and prices, connect a payout account, and you are live.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Both the player app and the venue app are available on iOS and Android. This website is informational; all booking happens in the apps.
